- Carriers in GM & '03-06 Dodge 9.25" fronts have the same deck height (2.410" tall) but '03-'06 Dodge housings run a "thick" gear. If installing this carrier into a Dodge housing with a GM gear, you will need ring gear spacer MRG925A. '07+ Dodge now has a 2.550" deck height.
