- *Note: This Gear & Posi Package with master bearing kit fits 1997-1999.5 Ford 9.75" 12 Bolt differentials with 2.6875" OD Outer Pinon Cup.

- Our Rigid Axle, Detroit Truetrac style, "HELL" limited-slip positraction unit uses 3x2 spiral gears for progressive and variable traction. This unit acts like a standard open carrier under normal driving conditions making it unobtrusive. Once a tire looses traction, or the terrain changes, the helical cut gears mesh together transferring torque to the high traction tire. Once traction on both sides resumes, the carrier goes back to normal operation. The carrier case is forged steel for strength and reliability. Since this unit does not have clutches and steels, it is completely maintenance free! Rigid Axle's helical-gear style limited slip posi is the perfect choice for daily drivers, weekend warriors, towing, basic off-road use, and street/strip applications. - Rigid Axle's aftermarket ring and pinion gear sets are made from heat treated 8620 steel. Our aftermarket gear set is made using a five-cut, face milled manufacturing process. Once set up correctly, this will give a square contact pattern on the drive and coast side of each tooth. We are proud of our ring and pinion lines, and you will be too!

- Our Master overhaul kits come with everything you need to replace, modify, or rebuild your differential. This will allow you to get the job done quicker, and cheaper at the end of the day. Rigid Axle master bearing install kits include:
